Hot or Not?

The 123,456,789 member celebration free clothes!
What do you think? Hot or Not? Worn by Hunnlgall.

Selena says: I love the dress and tights. The 'collar' looks like burnt toast, meanwhile the boots looks like they were made in the nineties! The clutch-purse looks like a coffee stained envelope.
But we all have different opinions and I am eager to hear yours! 

(PS: in between Main Events on FPDE, there is going to be many variations of small segments, hope you all enjoy reading them)

    I actually really like the outfit and she has worn it well. I'm not sure it all matches perfectly, but together it works.

    I don't like the outfits, the pieces are GREAT.
    But they don't look good together.
